Toping over 115 mph (or 185 kph), Champion Freight sponsored jet boat 83 of Sutherland Racing Team speeds to the finish line.

Boasting an impressive 600 cubic inch, 900-1000 horse power Ford Big Block V8 engine, the 21ft Eagle Performance Tunnel Hull jet boat from Canada is an impressive sight on the water. It goes without saying racing of this variety isn't for the fainthearted, offering plenty of speed and action for avid fans throughout New Zealand and abroad.

For some 8 years now, Champion Freight has sponsored Jonnie and Davie Sutherland of the Sutherland Racing Team and we're looking forward to a promising 2014 season. Winning the prestigious B Class World and New Zealand titles in 2009, the team continues to place well and has the experience and expertise to continue their success.
