A few weeks ago we asked our customers, 'What do you really think?' The question formed part of an anonymous survey prompting customers to provide honest feedback in relation to our sea freight schedules. We wanted to know if improvements could be made with a preference for practical and easy to understand content.
In the weeks that followed the conclusion of the survey, we’ve been busy collating responses and exploring enhancement opportunities. We’re happy to report feedback has been very positive as a whole, letting us know that while our current schedules are on the right track, improvements could be made.
